So Close!

Days 50 - 62 : June 17 - July 3, 2008
I have been absent from 5801greenhouse for far too long. I think the changes have been so minimal that it was not as pressing to capture a photo everyday. Or at least that is my excuse.

The laundry area will be partially finished until we are able to save up enough money to hire Aaron to frame and drywall the ceilings and walls. I plan on adding marmoleum to the floor when the budget allows.

The entrance to the bathroom is kind of a bummer since once you cross the threshold it is so nice. Someday it will be complete!

The mirror is a great example of when I had to keep things in check for budget. I wanted a $250 mirror but decided the $50 Home Depot mirror would be just fine. I figure the white wood trim ties the whole look together. The light fixture is also a budget item - sorry Rejuvenation.

Kohler Memoirs Classic 4" Center faucet. This photo makes the vanity top look pink but I promise it is white.

I like the combination towel bar and hook outside the shower. The showerhead is also Kohler Memoirs Classic.

Our toilet is a Consumer Best Buy! Another place I think one should save in their budget. The Kohler Memoirs Classic would have been at least $200 more.

I am trying to decide if I should add hardware to the cabinets. This is one of my favorite features of the bathroom- probably because it is custom and Aaron did a great job.
